Riverside Run Registration

is Now Open!

 

 

The Riverside Run is a community event that takes participants on a scenic three-mile course through the neighborhood of Riverside. It also includes a series of “Fun Runs” in front of Riverside School for all children in grades K-5.

 

The three-mile race starts at 8:30am and the Fun Runs will begin at 9:30am. For more information visit the Riverside Run page.

 

Earth Week Celebration

April 23-26

The Green Committee is looking forward to continuing its tradition of celebrating Earth Week, which runs this year from April 23-26, with an exciting week of engaging and memorable activities planned for students during recess.

 

The Green Committee and parent volunteers will be present to help guide the students through activities each day. If you want to volunteer, please sign up here!

Celebrate Earth Day by wearing your favorite nature-inspired clothing. Think greens, blues, browns, and whites representing the colors of land, water, and sky or clothing featuring flowers, trees, animals and everything we love about Mother Earth!

Get Ready for Fitness Week’s

“Run Across America”

 

From May 6-8 during recess, Riverside will face the challenge of running across America while training for the upcoming Riverside Run! Students will run or walk laps, which will be tracked collectively to see how far we, as a school, can get across the country. Stay tuned for more details and how to volunteer during recess times.

Buy your tickets to Social Awakening Parenting Talk with Max Stossel on Thursday, May 2nd, at 7:00pm, at Eastern Middle School.
