January 25-29, 2021
Riverside School will be celebrating Wellness Week from January 25-29, a time to recognize emotional and mental well-being as part of our total body health. During the week, students will participate in daily “Mindful Minute” breaks at school and a variety of wellness activities will be available to do at home that support healthy social, emotional, and behavioral development.
The theme for each day of Wellness Week promotes overall health. Click on each day for more information as well as some simple, stress-free activities you can do with your children that coordinate with our daily themes.
