Join Us for Multicultural Night 2025!

March 21, 2025

Mark your calendars now to join us on Friday, March 21st, at 6 p.m. for a global, colorful, flavorful, and FUN evening for the Riverside community. This exciting event will be held underneath the flags of the Greenwich High School Student Center and will feature a diverse array of cuisines, performances, and country booths from around the globe.

To make this night a success, we need your help! Please consider the following opportunities:

  • Sign up to participate in one of our 25 country booths (including three U.S. regions)

  • Sign up to bring a dish to our potluck International Café

  • Email Agustina Breard and Pilar Lipera at riversideschooleducation@gmail.com if you or your child has a special international talent they would be willing to showcase

Multicultural Night will be the PTA’s capstone event for Multicultural Week, a new initiative that will celebrate global cultures at Riverside School. During the week of March 17th to 21st, teachers and staff will lead in-school activities for students that foster appreciation and respect for the many languages, traditions, and regions of the world that are represented in our community.

Note: this year, Multicultural Night replaces our traditional March community event, Pizza Bingo, bringing the same spirit of connection and fun, and even a few raffle baskets! Pizza Bingo will return next year, and we’ll rotate these events going forward.

Please contact the Co-Chairs of International Initiatives, Jimena Castro and Anne Mette Kalstrup at riversideschooleducation@gmail.com, with any questions or to get involved.
