The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they are thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems
On Thankful Thursday, think about who and what you are grateful for. Do you have a teacher who always greets you with a smile? A friend who sticks by you no matter what? A sibling who always makes you laugh? A coach who offers you encouragement when you need it? Now that you have a person or two in mind, tell them!
